(1) The documents and documents related to the examination conducted by the Commission shall remain confidential and the Commission shall not be bound to make public such documents except by order of the court.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), examination-related documents or details as prescribed by the Commission may be given to the concerned person or made public.
